About the Instructor:

Derek Lynch has been involved in the development of automated solutions for over 20 years and currently serves at Dematic as the Director of Sales, Canada. With a focus on logistics and supply chain automation, he has worked with top global brands on developing solutions to achieve operational excellence. Typical solutions include process improvements, best practice logistics methods, performance optimizing software, and material handling automation. Derek has collaborated with end-users, 3PL companies, and consultants to find optimal solutions for various types of facilities. To develop a solution, Derek and his team use a data driven agnostic approach with an operations focus that includes current state analysis, operations planning, and strategic/tactical planning. In his current role, Derek supports Dematic in providing engineered logistics solutions for operations across North America.







Event Refund and Cancellation Policy: 


Refunds:

Refund requests must be received 1 week prior to the event. No requests will be processed within 7 days of the event. This is due to our catering arrangements; we must provide final confirmation with enough lead time for caterers to accommodate us. In extenuating circumstances, event registrations can be transferred to another delegate.

Cancellation:

Due to unforeseen circumstance if Supply Chain Canada - Alberta Institute cancels an event all registrants will be offered the option to transfer the registration to a future event or receive a refund.
