About the Instructor:

Ian Gonzalez, MBA, CIPS is a Senior Supply Chain Analytics & Stewardship Specialist with 16 years of experience in the aviation and oil and gas industries.  He’s worked with companies such as Lufthansa, Royal Dutch Shell, Suncor Energy, Cenovus Energy, and Syncrude Canada, and has developed and implemented ground-breaking SCM and Finance solutions using Excel, Power BI, and VBA.  He has a passion for teaching and does so from the perspective of an SCM professional, engineer, and computer programmer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: 

Refunds:

  • Registrants will receive a full refund to courses cancelled by Supply Chain Canada, Alberta Institute.
  • Registrants who have received written acceptance into a course and provide written notice to Supply Chain Canada, Alberta Institute of their withdrawal from the course 14 days or more prior to the first day of class, will be provided a full refund. After 14 days prior up to 2 days prior to the start of the class, Supply Chain Canada, Alberta Institute will refund half the course registration fee. After the 2- day period, refunds will not be granted.


Cancellation:

Due to unforeseen circumstance if Supply Chain Canada - Alberta Institute cancels an event all registrants will be offered the option to transfer the registration to a future event or receive a refund.
