Why this online sessions?

Define your current COVID-19 “problem statement,” risks, issues and priorities.

Join a community of your peers as we collaborate to shed light on where you
have been and where you are headed in this COVID-19 journey.

Seemingly out of nowhere, COVID-19 appeared as a critical agenda item with no
precedent and no roadmap. Seize the opportunity through this Leadership Series
to be supported in your journey.

You know the key COVID-19 facts because you have been navigating through them and they are now all around us. Share your concerns and triumphs with your peers. Find out what is keeping them awake and what is working for them.

Deepen your reflection, and examine what you have learned and what you will preserve going forward. Then build a model of what you see ahead.

We are all writing the response as we live it. To conclude the Leadership Series, declare and commit to two concrete and practical next steps within your sphere
of influence and control.

Format:

Dynamic and participative. An enriched, hands-on learning experience that draws from principles of neuroscience and design thinking. Includes real-time breakout groups, experiential activities, polling and discussion.
