WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The role of supply chain professionals in construction projects is critical to ensuring timely delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation. Construction projects are complex, often involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, and require close collaboration between internal and external teams. Supply Chain Professionals must understand every phase of the project, from conception to contract award, to effectively support procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.

This workshop is designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of construction phases from CONTRACT AWARD TO END OF WARRANTY. Once a project is awarded, complexities can arise in managing contractor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and navigating unforeseen challenges during construction and post-construction phases. This workshop offers comprehensive training on all aspects of project management post-award, from maintaining project records and managing timelines to monitoring performance and overseeing the warranty period.
