Cindy established the Edmonton Police Service’s Procurement & Contract Services Branch, enabling the organization to manage its procurement authority independently and take strategic steps to modernize its supply chain operations. As Branch Director, Cindy leads a talented and diverse team of professionals managing the EPS’s public procurement processes and providing expertise on interagency agreements to ensure officer safety, operational readiness, and accountable use of public funds. 

Before her current role, Cindy practiced law, focusing on public-private infrastructure, public procurement, commercial contracts and related business relationships, and modern land claims matters. She is also an advocate and a community leader, having contributed, in various capacities, to the Alberta Women in Public Safety, Alberta Safety Code Council, National Aboriginal Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Nunavut Law Foundation.

Sasha is currently Director, Technical & Corporate Procurement at NOVA Chemicals, overlooking the Indirect Procurement activities. Sasha is an energetic and passionate Supply Chain professional with 20 years of diverse international experience, commercial and legal skills and a track record of delivery in various supply chain roles and various jurisdictions in operations and major capital projects. He is a passionate people-focused leader with 15+ years of experience leading diverse multicultural teams to exceptional performance, and also a forward-looking proponent of new digital SCM technology and tools as enablers to make supply chain a competitive differentiator for the business.

Sasha is commercially savvy and results-driven, with a proven record of defining and managing the implementation of complex supply chain strategies, strong alignment with the business and providing significant organizational, process and financial benefits.

Registrants will receive a full refund for courses cancelled by Supply Chain Canada - West.

Registrants who have received written acceptance into a course and provided written notice to Supply Chain Canada - West of their withdrawal from the course 14 days before the first day of class, will be provided with a full refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be granted.
