WEBINAR OVERVIEW

Canada’s ongoing trade tensions with the U.S. are triggering unprecedented supply chain disruptions. As procurement teams scramble to manage new risks, sustainability goals—once top priority—are now being deprioritized. Meanwhile, political resistance to ESG regulations in the U.S. and Europe raises fresh concerns about the future of responsible sourcing.

This session will explore how procurement professionals can stay the course on sustainability amid a shifting global landscape. Join us to unpack what sustainable procurement looks like when navigating choppy geopolitical waters.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT

The current geopolitical climate is reshaping how businesses approach procurement. While cost and continuity dominate boardroom discussions, the need to embed sustainability into supply chains has never been more pressing. This webinar will explore how sustainable procurement can enhance resilience, reduce long-term risks, and align with evolving global expectations—even in turbulent times.

KEY OUTCOMES

By participating in this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the impact of trade wars and geopolitical shifts on sustainability progress
  • Identify sustainability priorities that remain critical in today’s procurement landscape
  • Explore how sustainable procurement contributes to long-term supply chain resilience
  • Learn best practices to integrate sustainability into risk management strategies
